About

In a time of increasing urgency to act on climate change, more people than ever are wanting to step up and work on climate. But navigating a new career or transitioning from an existing industry is challenging: learning a new field, understanding where you fit, building a network from scratch. We need everyone to be part of the solution.

The #OpenDoorClimate community is a grassroots effort to make climate professionals accessible to climate career seekers. Climate professionals are volunteering to have an #opendoorclimate policy for anyone wanting to chat about pursuing a career in climate. By having a quick chat, we are sharing our journey, answering questions, and offering resources to help more people use their career to combat climate change.

If you are a climate professional, join us and learn how to implement an #opendoorclimate policy here.

If you are a climate career seeker, find climate professionals to connect with and other resources here.
